    Overall good camera bag

The over the shoulder feature is great, specially the extra clip for balance/security. It’s a good size to be able to take almost anywhere. The only thing I would say is the organization of the big pocket is a bit lacking. The foam pads could be a lot more sturdy to actually keep things in place. There are work arounds to this issue and it does not deter me from using the bag. Would recommend buying this if you travel and photograph a lot.

    Nice Lightweight Camera Bag

This is a great little camera bag for some one that is going to be on the move and wants to take their camera and some basics with them. We use the bag when we go on vacation as a family and want a take a couple of pics but not necessarily with our I phones. It is light weight and slings across the body perfect for walking around and having a better camera available for those great photo opportunities

Too small for an adult, works great for a child

It’s a bit too small for a large adult. Also, there aren’t enough dividers to accurately spread out my camera equipment. Overall it worked for my needs, but I had to add an extra divider to it so that my expensive camera equipment wouldn’t fall out when it was opened. (Sadly, this actually happened). If you are a small framed body, then it will likely meet your needs fine (my teen aged son has the same bag & it works perfect for his thin frame). The quality of the bag itself is good. The zippers and the connections snap together nicely and I like the color. For me, its just a little snug around my middle, so for any serious traveling it wouldn’t work. I did like all the pockets and once I put in an extra divider it works. But, it needs a little more engineering to make it my perfect bag.

    I like this camera bag

I like this bag. It doesn’t hold a ton but if you have just 2 smaller extra lenses then it’s a good option. I have an extra/extended battery on the bottom of my camera so it makes the camera a lot larger and it barely fits in the bag, but I expected that. This bag is a lot better than the one I had before so I’m excited. I have my tripod hooked/strapped on the side but the tripod seems too big and bulky for the little pocket and strap provided barely goes all the way around the tripod but I think it will still work to transport the tripod, hopefully better than just carrying it. The main zipper makes it a little tricky to get your camera in and out quickly. You have to put the bag down and use both hands to unclip the clasps and then work to get the zipper all the open and making sure nothing falls out once the whole thing is unzipped. This makes sense for security and protection of the camera but it is kind of annoying that I can’t just unzip quickly and grab my camera. I wish there was a strap on the open side where the camera sits, it is not secured in the bag by anything so when that part is fully unzipped there is a chance your camera could fall/slide out. I’m trying to come up with an easy solution like sewing in an elastic strap, but I’m pretty annoyed I have to make an alteration to secure my camera. I don’t know if it’s waterproof but my camera is never really around water for me to test that.

    Initial Thoughts

So when I got it and began to go over it, I found to my better shock there are more pockets than I had expected. As far as the bag itself it is not bad, however it is really not made to carry a DSLR with a lens bigger than a 55-250mm attached to the camera body. I would have liked at least to see another long velcro divider included to keep the camera more secure. As far as the bag fitment to your body, I tend to feel this was intended for smaller people. Does it fit me? Yes, but when I wear it I just get this feeling like it does not fit my body type and size. I think the overall straps could be bit longer for those of us who are not as tiny. I would recommend it to anyone with the idea that this is meant as a smaller bag for someone taking mainly 1 camera, 1-2 lenses, batteries, charger. With other small pockets for ID, Cash etc. It does have a strap for a tripod but if you put it on it makes it look odd as often the tripod is so big it might make the bag feel too heavy on your back.

Perfect size for a camera with one to 2 lenses. Very easy and light to carry, great size packets.

Wish it worked both right and left shoulder

I’m left handed so having the sling on my left shoulder isn’t always the most convenient thing. Probably should have looked at that before I bought it.

  10. Cliffton Mcintire

Only for large cameras, and lots of wasted space in a small bag.

First, I have a small-ish camera, a Canon R10, which is about the same size as a Rebel T7. My complaints about this bag will apply less the larger your camera body is.The root of all problems with this bag is that the velcro fuzz isn’t all over the inside, and in fact only reaches about 25% of the available surface. So no matter how you arrange the dividers, the area for your camera body is, in my case, HUGE. So large that my camera isn’t even secure when I open the bag.Related to the first point is that even if you buy extra elastic straps to retain your gear, there’s no place to attach them that helps. Finally, even where there’s velcro fuzz, they opted for strips instead of full surface, which greatly reduces the holding strength of the dividers. Just strapping a tripod to the side causes the dividers to come apart. It’s just so much stupid lazy design, I feel crapped on for trying it out.

    Impressive, inexpensive camera bag

For some time now I’ve been thinking about adding a different style of camera bag to my long-time “go-to” Domke bags. Most of the time recently, I’ve been using 2 Nikon mirrorless cameras, a Z50 and a Z Fc. I did not want to go the full backpack route as having to remove the pack, find a convenient location to place one, then the need to unzip a large flap, remove a camera, then reverse all of this before even taking the first frame just does not suit what most of my photography entails. SO…this sling bag looked like a good compromise that might meet my needs. And..for just 30 bucks, the investment certainly was not going to break the bank. I just received the bag yesterday and so far, I have not used it in any ‘real life’ situation. So these remarks are all from my initial impression of the bag. Right out of the box, I was impressed with the general “feel” of the bag, it seemed to be a “Goldilocks” item…that is, not too big and bulky, but of adequate size for my gear., in other words “Just Right”…! I like the fact that of the several mesh pockets in and on the bag, the ones that would be prone to spillage, have zipper closures. These closures always keep small accessories from working their way out of a mesh pocket and getting lost or misplaced. I count three pockets with this feature…including the largest one on the lower rear of the bag which also serves as an extra bit of padding against one’s lower back. One of the design features of this bag is the placement of the clips that secure the lower flap of the bag. I noticed that several similar ones had these fasteners in the middle of the pack. In this pack, those clips are on the edge of the pack….this allows an extra gear/gadget pocket to be placed in the center of the pack….(this pocket is one that has a zipper closed mesh pocket inside.) The pocket in the top of the pack is roomy enough for my Z50 to fit along with a few ‘extras’ and the covering flap for this section also has a zippered pouch on the outside. Another nice touch is a padded flap near the bottom of the pack where the carry belt is attached. This padding is located at a point where the clip would have a good chance of pressing against one’s hip bone when hiking…this should alleviate that. The lower compartment is quite roomy, plenty large enough to hold the Z Fc, along with a couple of lenses, small flash, etc. At 9” wide (deep?)..it is big enough for a mid-sized zoom lens when attached to the camera. The exterior of the bag has several loops that can be used to attach other items to the bag, such as a tripod, water bottle, cell phone, etc. All in all, the design of the sling bag is top drawer. Is it perfect?? Well, almost, but there are a couple of things that I’d like to see. One of those would be rubber feet on the bottom of the bag. This would keep the bag out of the dirt, mud or water if it needed to be set on the ground. Another change that would be good would be to have a few more options in the divider partitions that come with the bag. These would be just fine for full sized DSLR’s, but for mirrorless cameras, they waste a lot of space. I will be making some custom inserts for my bag, that will make the bottom section more efficient and ‘user friendly’..! All in all, I’m extremely pleased with this bargain bag….I know I’ll get a lot of use out of it…

The teal is a GREEN color.

The bag is pretty good condition. I bought it because I wanted a blue color small bag to put my MTG cards in. The navy color they have is too dark, so I went with the teal option. However, this bag is very GREEN. Too green. I’m returning it to order another color, but I do recommend. The best part is the separate top and bottom compartment. I’m going to keep food in the top compartment which the bottom is for cards. The strap is a little uncomfortable, but because much better once I loosened it up.

  13. Tirumaleswara Rao Gudivada

Perfect to hold my camera and necessary add-ons

The bag has a lot of pockets that can be used to old many additional wires, tools, etc.. The zips and latches are properly arranged to ensure camera stays safe in the bag.

    Great Sling Camera Bag

I really love the size it’s perfect, all my camera parts fit perfectly. It also gives me room for a few smaller item’s, wallet, cell phone etc. I think the bag is made with quality fabric & design. Prompt shipping, I definitely recommend the seller.

Literally fits no more than what I need on an every day basis

This is a first day review and I will try to update my review after a few week. Here’s my first impressions so far:I needed a compact everyday bag to carry around with me that doesn’t look militaristic that contained a padded camera compartment since I want to make it a habit of carrying my dslr everywhere because face it, standalone cameras with real lenses are better than phone cameras (in my case a galaxy note20 ultra) and their computational photography vs the actual optical physics of a dslr/mirrorless camera.I also needed just enough room for my fold-out USB solar charger, battery bank, wireless earbuds, inhaler, phone and smart watch chargers as well as spare camera battery and charger too. Also have a spare set of socks and underwear, a small first aid kit with tourniquets, my eyeglasses case, a small meal kit like plastic knife/spoon/fork combo, wet towelettes, electrolyte tablets, tissues, and a couple packets of instant coffee. I packed survival items too like a couple lighters and vasoline soaked cotton balls, a couple ferro rods, emergency foil blanket, hand warmer, some rain parkas, etc too.The bag is completely packed to its maximum just enough to add tension on the zippers and so far it’s holding strong and hasn’t torn although I may remove a few little things just to reduce the stress on the zippers. The only complaint I have is the strap on the side where the water bottle/tripod compartment is doesn’t hold tension well so I had to add a carabiner clip to hook onto my klean kanteen bottle cap so it doesn’t just fall out when I swing the bag over to my front to pull the camera out.

Good on right shoulder; a few caveats on gear fit

FIT ON BODYThis is a sling-style, cross-body bag that goes over the RIGHT shoulder, just like its competitors do. This way, the straps sit flat on your body and they meet comfortably right in the middle of your chest. If I put the bag on the left shoulder then the front strap bows up on one side due to improper orientation. The side strap also feels weird when the main strap is on the left. See my photos comparing the left and right shoulders. For reference I am 6’ 2“ and slim build. Also, the side access to your camera is awkward if worn on the left shoulder.Notice the competing bags that are described as being cross-body and shown that way on their photos. This one is the same. Forget the photo of the model wearing it on the left, and the reviewers who are deceived.GEAR FITThis bag and its competitors all seem to have the same type of Velcro inserts, including the bags from Altura, Neewer, and Amazon Basics, but it is not ideal. There is hardly any flexibility of arrangement. I discovered that they are best for a large camera body (though without a battery grip), and not so good for a compact body like my Fuji X-S10. This is why I deduct one star. If I store my camera the normal way, the right side doesn’t even come close to touching the lower surface of the bag, so it would be held only by the lens between the inserts when the bag is upright. I rearranged the inserts and reoriented the camera to work better with gravity but now I can’t grab the camera by the handle. At either orientation of the camera, the lower portion of the bag fits my 50-230mm lens on the camera body plus two lenses that aren’t so long. For diameters, my lens with a filter diameter of 72mm fits just barely. Note, small lenses may need to be bolstered with a cloth or something if you want them to fit snugly.OTHER COMMENTSThe bag feels sturdy and the material is thick. It holds its shape when empty, and all the walls are padded similarly as the inserts.Small-item storage abounds with two interior zipper pockets, three exterior zipper pockets, plus two interior elastic sub-pockets.Part of why I didn’t get the Altura bag is that the logo includes the word “Photo” which could make it more of a theft target. So, kudos to Mosiso for keeping the contents anonymous.TL;DR: Great bag overall. Right-shoulder cross-body wear. Best fit for a larger camera body with modest-sized lenses.

    Great for travel!

This bag has been on a cross-country/10,000-mile road trip and two trips to Europe without a problem.I can fit my old-school (heavy) Canon DSLR, a telephoto lens, and a micro-lens, batteries, charger, cables, etc. Easy to walk with, and access. When walking in cities, I keep it under my coat to protect it from theft. For security, I also have hot pink duct tape on the handle and an Apple Airpod attached.

    Can hold a lot

I love this camera sling bag. There are several zip compartments and dividers with Velcro in the main compartment to hold your camera, a couple of lens, battery charger and whatever else you might need when going out to do photography. You can keep your keys, phone and whatever else you may bring along in these different compartments. It’s very convenient to be able to keep all of your things in one bag.

I was very skeptical when I bought this… Turns out it’s a pretty good little bag

I like that it’s just big enough to hold my basic walking around gear without tempting me to throw in anything extra. At the same time it’s compact enough to carry easily. My only complaint, and the reason it only gets 4 stars, is the lack of a rain cover.Canon EOS R6, RF 50mm f/1.2 L, RF 14-35mm f/4 L,RF 24-105mm f/4 L, 2 spare batteries, spare memory cards,77mm filter set and a few cleaning supplies.

Initial review – will update after more use

Initial review is that this thing is pretty great. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for one small oversight that I can’t get over.As seen in photos one of my photos: I have a 100mm lens that is a little to big to fit in properly. The flap closes but it’s a tight. I tried to lay it on its side but the divider is to small to secure against the other piece of Velcro. If they added a longer, 3 squared, piece then the lens would fit and be secured perfectly. The bag itself fits a lot of goodies for a small shoot that won’t need a ton of equipment or for just walking around town.I am 6ft and about 260lbs. Bag fits me great but is near its limitations. Shoulder strap is pretty much maxed. Secondary security strap has a decent amount of length left. Will update on durability after I use it a few times

    Nice bag, but too small.

This is a nice bag, quality seems good for the price. The only issue is the bag is smaller then what one would think. It has trouble fitting my 70mm – 800mm lens and my D7100 with a smaller lens. Also, I don’t trust the plastic clips as I worry they may fail.

    Overall, very well made.

This backpack camera carrier is one of my favorites I have ever had! I got this as a gift from my brother… and so far, it has worked very well and held up! The only concern I had was the side strap. It IS a little hard to put on if you are a bigger person and uncomfortable to reach and find the straps. But once you are wearing it and have it adjusted, it works great! Another thing is… once you have the backpack on, there is no way of getting something from it without taking it off. You can fairly easily slip it off and try to unzip the pocket you want, but it does take some time. I think this backpack would be great for anyone just starting in photography, traveling or just walking around looking at God’s beauty. Thank you~ I hope this helps!

    Perfect size

Easy to carry, plenty of compartments and zipper pockets to store large and small items. I have a cannon rebel with one additional long lens. It’s perfect. This is a cute size, plenty of space, easy to carry for someone with 1 or 2 additional lenses.

Brilliant bag they thought of everything

Perfectly designed for a DSLR beginner or if you just want the essentials and not the whole studio. Works worn on your front or back. The tripod holder is chiefs kiss. Looks good too.

  41. JW

    Spacious, not too bulky

Perfect for my gear. I carry it cross body (strap over the right shoulder, pack on my back) and with my left hand slide it to my belly to open it – quick and convenient. Or I wear it as a waist/lumbar pack (shoulder strap around my waist); manufacturer doesn’t specify that but it works for me. Sizewize, my largest camera/lens combo (Oympus camera + 300 mm bird lens, which totals 11 inches fits ) with room to also hold my second longest lens and a small lens. My camera with a small lens fits in the small section on top. Enough small zippered pockets, side pocket for a water bottle, would hold a tripod but I don’t use one.

I recently bought this bag and it can easily be used as your go to bag. It has several inside compartments, enough space for your camera, the tools needed for a great vlog vacay or just a quick weekend getaway. I a,M looking to simplify my travel routine with minimal 💼 bags, and this girl here will definitely make the final cut. You can also attach your keys, or hand sanitizer or portable water bottle easily. Oan it’s very comfortable to carry, I just recently took it to Vegas with me and it stood up to the test.

    Perfect!

Perfectly holds my Nikon with a 28-300 lens attached and both my 35mm and 18-55mm inside the main compartment. Good amount of space up top as well! I used to it to hike Yellowstone and I’ve used it for every smaller event I’ve been to so far. It’s much more convenient than my large backpack.

    Survived Yellowstone!

This backpack survived a 10 day trip to Yellowstone and even a 3 mile hike up a mountain! I havent had any quality problems with it. It is small, dont expect your 3 different lens to all fit in there with your batteries and cleaning kit and everything else you want. I wanted a small cross body bag (it only goes on right shoulder, I loved it, my sibling hated it). The size was enough for me to carry all the things I needed, granted I was carrying around travel sized things for a better fit. I really enjoyed the bag, and really only found it to be uncomfortable when hiking up the mountain and the air got thin because it fits snug to my chest (44C chest size woman). Any other time, I loved that it felt snug and secure. This backpack worked out super well for me. If you want a crossbody (right shoulder only), smaller camera bag, this will do the trick. Im super happy with my purchase

Great Sling Bag for 4/3 cameras!!

I just returned from the Grand Canyon on a trip. This sling bag is well built. I love how you can put the sling bag in front of you, remove your camera within seconds, take pictures, put the camera back in the sling bag, then put the sling bag on your back You can do this as standing still or while walking. I had enough space for my Panasonic GX85 for hold the camera with lens attached, 2 lens, a flash, my charging unit, SD media cards and batteries. I also use a loupe to view the pictures in bright outdoor lighting. You place the loupe over the viewing screen so it blocks the bright outside light. My only complaint is the security pocket. It should be larger. I couldn’t place my cell phone in the security pocket. If you want a lightweight sling bag that is well built, this would be an excellent choice. PS- I would recommend this sling bag for 4/3 cameras. My SLR cameras would be too large.

Lots of pockets, some issues with stitching

Like this bag overall, but after a few months of light use (not a professional photographer, only use my camera occasionally) some of the stitching for the top carrying strap is coming undone. I weighed the bag with all of my gear and it weights a bit over 7 pounds. This is carrying a DSLR, 3 lens, and a small tripod. The bag seems to be well built, and I hardly use the top carrying strap so I’m not sure why it’s starting to come undone. If this were a regular backpack I would not be a concerned, but given the value of the equipment I’m carrying it is of major concern. The padding seems good and decently protective against accidental bumps. What would really help is if there were straps on the bottom of the bag to hold a larger tripod. I’ve tried storing a standard sized metal tripod on the side of the bag, but it does not work well for a couple of reasons. The strap is not long enough to go all the way around the tripod, so you have to weave it in part of the tripod (assuming the tripod is not in a protective bag). The pouch for storing the base of the tripod is barely big enough to store the tripod in it. And if you do manage to get a standard sized tripod in there, you’ll find that the bag is very off balance. Two long straps on the bottom would really help so a standard sized tripod could be lashed to the bottom of the bag for even balance.

    Love the size

I love this bag. I have a mirrorless camera with only two lenses, a bunch of batteries, a flash, and a monopod. I can’t fit much else in there but that’s what I prefer so I can easily move around without a giant bag. I like the ease of access while shooting with it being a one shoulder deal, but by the end of a wedding day that shoulder is a little sore. I don’t think a large zoom lens would fit in this bag at all though if you carry one regularly.

    No!

Surprisingly you can really get good camera bags for about $40. This is not one of them. It feels extremely cheap. But I will say that it did hold my Sony with a small zoom lens in the main section and a regular prime in the upper area.I immediately tossed it aside, will donate to goodwill.

    Works great

Love this backpack. I can easily carry my Canon camera and two lens. It is comfortable and versatile. Highly recommend

Smaller than you think, but great padding and color.

This is a really good bag with lots of padding, but not a lot of room. Don’t think you can fit too much more than your camera equipment. My dimensions below. The orange lining inside makes it easy to see all your stuff. I haven’t checked if it is waterproof. I love that you can wear it on your back and easily access the camera by swinging the bag under your arm like a cross body purse. The camera access was the reason I chose this bag along with the teal color. It fits snug especially when you use the extra buckle. I can see someone walking miles with this on and not sliding at all. I would say the price is high as I normally don’t spend much on bags, but if it is truly water resistant and protects my equipment, this is an easy “yes” for me.Dimensions according to me: 15.5 inches tall, about 8 inches wide, 5-6 inches deep

    Fit my needs!

Love how this bag easily stays put and is very comfortable, but also swings to the front, making it easy to unzip a portion of the camera section so I can put on the neck strap, lift the camera out, and I’m set to go. Leaving it on the front creates a nice shelf to lean my elbows on to steady the camera. Easy to slip the camera back in, zip, and flip to the back. Side strap keeps the bag from shifting, but it’s easy to unclip. I added key rings to each zipper pull then attached to a carabiner to keep all sections securely closed – extra protection to make sure all items, especially the camera, only come out when I want them to. Not too much extra room, but enough. The side setup for holding a tripod is pretty small so it will only carry a small lightweight tripod.

    Comfortable and nice size

I ordered this for my nikon coolpix p1000 monster camera! It fit perfectly with room for accessories like extra batteries, mini tripod, lens caps, etc…. Adjustable padding. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I ordered deep teal and received a hunter green color. This is s great bag for hiking with camera or travel.

Straps are too short for non-skinny folks.

Very nice pack, too bad they didn’t make the straps long enough for normal sized people. A snug fit with a light shirt on, with a jacket forget it.Sorry to have to return this pack. Do better next time.

    Just perfect

The space is nicely distributed within the bag —the waterproof was my key point for selection. Comfortable and breathable for the hot days. So far is doing as expected —will see in the weeks to come.

Great Little Bag For The Most Part

Bought this to take on an upcoming vacation. The only thing I’m not in love with is the fact that it doesn’t truly feel like s sling bag. It feels like a combo sling bag/ back pack. I’m tall so the straps don’t really lengthen enough for it to sling comfortably. What I do love about this is the added features (clip buckles) to keep your camera secure. I don’t have to worry in a crowd that someone might unzip and slip the camera out.All of the pockets are a definite bonus as well. I will feel confident carrying just this bag on vacation.
