    So I have only used this camera a couple of times but have gotten really good quality videos out of it. I will continue to use it when we go on vacation to get videos of my family

    The only specific feature that I didn’t like was the touchscreen you have to press very hard to use it. Everything else was fine.

    No ability to focus

    If you’re going to record things 5-10 feet away and further, you will get 4k. However, I was going to record some things at 1 ft away and the quality of the video is very blurry. Switching betweek 4k and 1080p had no effect. It also lack some settings I have an a Sony Alpha camera I bought a long time ago to adjust, but it has the basics. I would say it would be pretty good outside and recording people doing things.I was also unable to get it to work like a web cam. I did a lot of microsoft troubleshooting and youtube videos to try to get it to work, but it just wasn’t taking it. I am on windows 11.I’m returning it and will let you know how that goes.

    You get what you pay for, zoom is a little slow and quality isn’t what you may be hoping for but for a first time camera for making YouTube videos this is an excellent purchase!!

    It does record video

    Quality is absolutely terrible, which I guess is to be expected at this price point, but I expect even a cheap camera to have a focus function and this one does not. If you want to film something in very low quality from a middling distance I guess this is technically functional for that but you can probably do better at a similar price. My mediocre smartphone has similar video quality and can actually focus on objects closer than a foot away.

    This is a nice little camcorder for the price. The picture & video quality for this price range of a digital camera were good. The flip out screen seems solid as does the overall build quality. The accessories that come with this camera are nice also. For the price range, ease of use, overall build quality and accessories, I would say this is a good beginner video camera.

    Instructions were a little difficult at first. I had to Google a few steps that were specified in instructions. On playback, the camera recorder sounds very tinny but when I played the scan disk on my computer the sound was good.

    For webcasting, this provides a nice ability to record to an SD card or directly to your computer. Lightweight and functional with any tripod.The quality of the video is not as clean as an iPhone so something to consider even though it says 4K. Decent zoom ability but slow compared to what you may be used to on your phone camera.The speaker attachment gives you a nice ability to capture clean audio or you could use any number of other microphones with the right connection.Decent for light use or let your kids go to town recording their own music video.

    Very portable and fun to use

    The last time I used a video recorder besides the one on my phone, it was nearly the size of a mailbox. Times have changed! This recorder is small and lightweIght and a lot of fun to use. So lightweight that even a child can use it. I like that it includes a carrying case and I’m looking forward to recording the upcoming holiday family gatherings without worrying about taking up my phone storage.

     This is a pretty nice camcorder. I like that it can shoot in 4K and you can also change thr ISO, white balance, exposure, and metering. It comes with two batteries plus it can be run by AC power using a USB cord (Type-C port) (supplied), but the charging base for the USB cord is not supplied. The USB cord supplied is able to charge the batteries using the battery charger it came with. You could purchase another Type-C USB cord to run the camera on AC power, but it will need to be stationary to record. Using the batteries allows you to move around.Zooming in/out is a little rough and I didn’t like that you can hear noise in the background when trying to zoom in/out. I would suggest physically moving closer or away from your subject for Zoom capabilities. If that is not possible, then be aware that zooming could have unnecessary noise in your video.It comes with an external mic, which is a big help with sound quality. The camera has an internal mic, but it does not pick up sound as well as the external mic does. The external mic has two dB levels, 0dB and +20dB. Sound quality on both are very good.The lighting on the camera is not very good and doesn’t emit a lot. Maybe if you were shooting something close-up, like food or products, it would work. But if you need more light outside the internal light on the camera, invest in an external lighting kit.Overall, I like this video camera.

    I wasn’t able to get parts of the remote to work, but the camera itself is awesome with easy and intuitive controls. It mounts on a screw-type tripod, has adequate zoom capability, and the functions are perfect for anybody looking to not have to have a college degree to make it function. It comes with a memory card, two batteries, and a battery charger that can charge both batteries at the same time. It’s a great little investment at a nice price!

    Great budget cam

    Got this as a few of my kids love the idea of making videos. This one offers good quality while at the same time I don’t have to worry that much about it due to the price. It’s also fairly small and fits into their hands easily. Comes with two batteries a boom mic that attaches to the front and a remote control.

    Amazing Additional Camera for Angles

    I ordered a bunch of cameras for a podcast, this was by far the highest resolution and best for certain angles. Paired with a good lighting kit, this blows others cameras out the water for its price and performance. THe 4k resolution is no joke and is amazing once given to someone who knows how to color grade. The settings on this camera are immaculate and thes battery life is perfect for those long sessions. I’d defintely recommend buying these lower priced cameras, they aren’t what they seem.
