I love this!
Ok, I love this. It’s super easy to make a quick breakfast for 2 people in a hurry. You can easily get 2 different omelettes at the same time. I’ve even fried eggs and made cakes in it. No need to heat up my kitchen for cake now. Use it to make pizza using a snack size tortilla shell cut in half. Each one can have different toppings! So many super ideas, I just wish it came with a small recipe book to get ideas.

Works ok, easy to over and under cook. Price point is good for what you are getting. If you’re looking for something fast and inexpensive this is definitely your choice. If you want something that can do a little more don’t get this particular model. Upgrade your choice to a little better product.

I got this yesterday and was really anxious to try this out. The last omelet maker I owned was tough to use, and this one did not look like it would be.This is relative simple to use. Each side holds a two egg omelet with whatever fillings you want to put in. You mix it all together in a bowl while the machine is heating up. Pour the uncooked contents of the bowl into the machine, close the lid, wait about 10 minutes or less, and you have a fluffy, done omelet.My only problem was that the edges cook faster than the inside, so you do get a crunchy crust on the outside corners of the omelet, which I wasn’t really pleased with, but honestly the omelet tasted so good that I’m willing to excuse the browning corners.The machine is light weight and really easy to clean, everything wipes right off. My only complaint would be the length of the cord. In my kitchen, making a cord too short means I won’t use an appliance as often. The cord is about 2 feet long, which is shorter than I expected. However, with a little bit of ingenuity, I managed to get it plugged in and in a good spot. The outside of the machine gets hot while it cooks, so best to keep small hands away from it. You can tell its on by the indicator light at the top, but there’s nothing to stop a child from being burned if small fingers touch the sides while its cooking.Over all, I’d say four stars for this. It does what it says it does, and the omelets come out tasty. That was exactly what I was looking for when I ordered this!

Perfect for times when I want to precook omelets for meal planning
This was inexpensive compared to other brands so I figured I’d try it out. It’s compact and makes 2 omelets at a time (4 eggs), easy to clean after it cools down with paper towels soaked in a bit of soap followed by water. Unfortunately, the inside ends up a bit too watery for my taste unless I flip it halfway through the cooking period of about 3 – 5 minutes, depending on what I put in.There is no temperature control. Just the two lights (red and yellow). When both are on, I assume it’s actively cooking and when only the yellow is on, then it’s on warm for a few seconds before the red light turns on again.I prepare omelets for the week this way and package them with the rest of breakfast for the family.

Works well to make an omelette but. . .
This works well – will make an omlette with minimal effort. But for me, it does not quite match what I can create in a pan on the stove. But then again, I like my omelettes a certain way – I use two eggs, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and spinach and cheese – and like them plated a bit moist. The omelette maker creates more of a restaurant style omelette – closed up and a bit dry for me. But – again – my tastes may be different, and perhaps I did not get the timing quite right re finishing the making and opening it up.

This item is so easy to use. You plug it in and once it’s ready, the green light comes on. I sprayed the hot plates with crisco (you can use whatever you choose), poured my egg mixture inside, placed a slice of tillamook cheddar cheese on top, and closed the lid. I set my phone’s timer for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes, I got a flexible spatula and slid it onto a plate where I garnished my omelette and enjoyed it. Bon appetit! Cooking Temperature is not HOT enough.
I ordered this cooker to bake a specific bread because it was rated at 1440 watts and I needed that heat for the crusts on the bread, However the cooker you sent me is only rated at 750 watts.I tried using it and it does not get hot enough. your ad is misleading and wrong..!!!

Let me start off with, this was much more appetizing than it looks. This s what my husband calls a biscuit omelet. It’s a biscuit, rolled thin and omelet cooked together – eggs, turkey bacon, cheese and kale. In the reviews, several people mentioned that this states its non stick and that the omelets still stuck. I guess they either didn’t read the instructions or their packaging didn’t come with them because it clearly states to add a non stick cooking spray. I had no issues with the meals I’ve made. I received this on Sunday, today is Saturday and I have used it everyday and have made omelets, empanadas, and I also made a chocolate with banana turnover. So this is definitely not just for omelets. I wasn’t sure if I was going to love it, but I will say, it has worked out well and clean up is a breeze.

This is a great tool to have if you like omelets but aren’t great with flipping/rolling them in a pan. The omelets cook evenly and lift out of the maker easily. The maker comes with a booklet with a few omelet recipes to help you get started if you don’t already have a favorite recipe.

Perfect omelets in minutes
We eat a lot of omelettes, since we try to avoid carbs. This omelet maker works like a dream. I just whisk 3 eggs and add whatever fillings we want. This fill it almost to the top. I find that six minutes is perfect. If I go as long as the directions say it gets quite browned. This yields two fluffy omelettes. Clean up is a breeze with a damp paper towel.

I am glad I came across this. I love a omelet. I cannot fry very well at all, I am more of a baker cook. This makes a great omelet, they are kind of fluffy soufflé like. I suspect because they are not laden down with frying oil etc… I am fine with that because I am looking to use less of that in my diet. Just letting you know what to expect. I am very happy with this product. Only thing I would change is on off button and auto shut off but then price would be higher. I am happy with this and would buy again.

What I like is that this device does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. The end product has been predictable and perfectly fine. That being said, it does not produce omelets like you expect from a restaurant. Of course not… Would be a dream if it did! Instead of a beautiful chef-produced treat, you get a formed shape omelet that tastes great. Beats the heck out of a frozen omelet thrown in the micro.Prior to this purchase my wife would make me an omelet for a special occasion. I love an omelet and would be good all week hoping to get lucky on Saturday morning. Happened once in a blue moon. Where have you been all my life?!
Now that I have this in my life I simply won’t be able to live without it. I love omelets. As somebody that has no culinary skills this is the answer to my prayers. It’s so simple and makes great omelets. I’m on the keto diet so I use this at least twice a day. Just know that your omelets are going to be a bit different than what you get on a pan, the outside is going to be brown and the omelet is more “cake-like” than what you may be used to. Doesn’t bother me, still tastes delicious! This is for quick and easy omelets that are tasty, if you want diner quality you should probably go to a diner or get your pan out.It only takes me about 5 minutes to cook my omelets. I see others say 8-10 minutes but all I know is that for my grill, it’s perfectly done in about 5 minutes. But I do have my own strategy that I provide at the end of the review with tips.I want to add that I read a lot of reviews for this product since I wanted to be informed. Reading the negative reviews, it does seem that there may be some kind of inconsistency with the heating element for some people. I saw people complain about burnt eggs or it taking too long or a runny middle. I have none of those problems with my unit. If you are experiencing these problems you may want to return it or read my tips, they might help you.This is definitely something I would recommend to anybody that wants quick and easy eggs. However, if I could give it 4.5 stars instead of 5 I would, only because there is some room for improvement. For one, this thing gets real HOT. Do not touch the outside of this unit ever when it’s on or you will get burned. Keep anything away from it while it is in operation. Also there is no power button or switch so you have to plug it in every time. I use an extension cord, just makes it easier for me to do this. Also there isn’t a timer or anything, you just have to pay attention and figure out the timing on your own. Last, there does seem to be inconsistency for some people on how long it takes to cook the eggs, that makes it a bit harder to recommend to others not knowing what they might get.Now that said, let me get straight into the tips on how to make a good omelet with this maker!First- Use a jar to shake up the eggs and spices. Don’t add your ingredients in the jar, just the eggs, it just makes the shaking take longer. It’s a personal preference but why make more work than you have to by dirtying dishes? After you are done simply stick the jar in the fridge, or if you are done with the maker for a while, rinse it out and put it away.Second- Use 3 Eggs total for both sides AND use two tablespoons of water. Yes you read that right, WATER. Add the water to your jar when you are going to shake the eggs up. This is going to puff up your omelet real nice. Mix it all together in the jar.Third- With your grill already pre-heated, fill both sides of the grill with your mixed egg, BUT only about half way. Then add your ingredients directly into the eggs on the grill. Have your ingredients ready so you’re not wasting time while the eggs are cooking. You don’t want to overfill and this prevents that because you can stop adding ingredients if you are approaching the top of the fill line. If you have more room after adding ingredients, top off with the rest of the egg mix in your jar. Again, you can bring it right to the edge, just don’t go over it. Close the lid.Fourth- Wait for the grill lid to start rising. If you did it right you should see the lid rise slightly. For me this takes about 3 minutes. Once the lid has risen on its own a fair bit, pull up the lid all the way and poke a hole directly in the middle of both omelets. They should both look pretty big at this point. Just a slight hole with something like a knife. This helps cook the middle a bit better and doesn’t deflate the omelet. Place the lid back down.Fifth- At this point I usually just have to wait about 2-3 more minutes. I then remove the eggs with a rubber spatula and I get a perfect omelet every time!

Makes a great fluffy omelet
Made mushroom w bacon bits, spinach and gruyere, and ham w/swiss omelets for breakfast this am. Per instructions, used a little nonstick spray. Took a while longer than I expected to warm up, which is why I rated temp control a 4. Did not precook any fillings, just mixed into the eggs, poured into the pan, and closed it. Used one half of the pan for each 2 egg omelet – each half managed the entire mix including fillings. Closed and cooked until the green light came on. When opened, still runny on top so I closed the lid and flipped the entire pan over and cooked for an additional 2 minutes. When opened a second time, the omelets were perfectly done. Great fold, fluffy! Very easy to use. Glad I bought it!

Breakfast was often a meal my family skipped. Now my family is eating breakfast every morning! This omelette maker makes omelets in a timely manner. We use two eggs in each cavity. (I learned real quick to not use more than two eggs.) We enjoy adding onions, peppers, mushrooms, ham chunks, and real bacon bits in ours and they come out very tasty every time! Works great, but there is a trick to making the perfect omelette.
The perfect omelet. 10min cook time ; make sure you mix the cheese in don’t lay it on top. Most important, using oven mitts, about 2/3 the way through cooking turn the grill upside down and set it on the counter for an additional two or three minutes. The grill cooks faster on the bottom. You’ll hear the cooking process take off once again when you do this. And Viola !

Perfect for my Keto pancakes! Alot more fuller than cooking in a pan. Very fluffy, not burnt at all on either side, and cooked all the way through. It did take about 7-10 min though, but Worth the wait. I did run some olive oil with a napkin on both sides of the heating plates, not sure if that was needed or not, but did it anyway.

Ok, I love this. It’s super easy to make a quick breakfast for 2 people in a hurry. You can easily get 2 different omelettes at the same time. I’ve even fried eggs and made cakes in it. No need to heat up my kitchen for cake now. Use it to make pizza using a snack size tortilla shell cut in half. Each one can have different toppings! So many super ideas, I just wish it came with a small recipe book to get ideas.

Works ok, easy to over and under cook. Price point is good for what you are getting. If you’re looking for something fast and inexpensive this is definitely your choice. If you want something that can do a little more don’t get this particular model. Upgrade your choice to a little better product.

I got this yesterday and was really anxious to try this out. The last omelet maker I owned was tough to use, and this one did not look like it would be.This is relative simple to use. Each side holds a two egg omelet with whatever fillings you want to put in. You mix it all together in a bowl while the machine is heating up. Pour the uncooked contents of the bowl into the machine, close the lid, wait about 10 minutes or less, and you have a fluffy, done omelet.My only problem was that the edges cook faster than the inside, so you do get a crunchy crust on the outside corners of the omelet, which I wasn’t really pleased with, but honestly the omelet tasted so good that I’m willing to excuse the browning corners.The machine is light weight and really easy to clean, everything wipes right off. My only complaint would be the length of the cord. In my kitchen, making a cord too short means I won’t use an appliance as often. The cord is about 2 feet long, which is shorter than I expected. However, with a little bit of ingenuity, I managed to get it plugged in and in a good spot. The outside of the machine gets hot while it cooks, so best to keep small hands away from it. You can tell its on by the indicator light at the top, but there’s nothing to stop a child from being burned if small fingers touch the sides while its cooking.Over all, I’d say four stars for this. It does what it says it does, and the omelets come out tasty. That was exactly what I was looking for when I ordered this!

Perfect for times when I want to precook omelets for meal planning
This was inexpensive compared to other brands so I figured I’d try it out. It’s compact and makes 2 omelets at a time (4 eggs), easy to clean after it cools down with paper towels soaked in a bit of soap followed by water. Unfortunately, the inside ends up a bit too watery for my taste unless I flip it halfway through the cooking period of about 3 – 5 minutes, depending on what I put in.There is no temperature control. Just the two lights (red and yellow). When both are on, I assume it’s actively cooking and when only the yellow is on, then it’s on warm for a few seconds before the red light turns on again.I prepare omelets for the week this way and package them with the rest of breakfast for the family.

It doesn’t cook the top of the omlet very well. I ended up needing to microwave the omlet after cooking it to get it cooked through. Even with the omlet coming out with some brown to it.

This works well – will make an omlette with minimal effort. But for me, it does not quite match what I can create in a pan on the stove. But then again, I like my omelettes a certain way – I use two eggs, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and spinach and cheese – and like them plated a bit moist. The omelette maker creates more of a restaurant style omelette – closed up and a bit dry for me. But – again – my tastes may be different, and perhaps I did not get the timing quite right re finishing the making and opening it up.

This item is so easy to use. You plug it in and once it’s ready, the green light comes on. I sprayed the hot plates with crisco (you can use whatever you choose), poured my egg mixture inside, placed a slice of tillamook cheddar cheese on top, and closed the lid. I set my phone’s timer for 9 minutes. After 9 minutes, I got a flexible spatula and slid it onto a plate where I garnished my omelette and enjoyed it. Bon appetit! Cooking Temperature is not HOT enough.
I ordered this cooker to bake a specific bread because it was rated at 1440 watts and I needed that heat for the crusts on the bread, However the cooker you sent me is only rated at 750 watts.I tried using it and it does not get hot enough. your ad is misleading and wrong..!!!

Let me start off with, this was much more appetizing than it looks. This s what my husband calls a biscuit omelet. It’s a biscuit, rolled thin and omelet cooked together – eggs, turkey bacon, cheese and kale. In the reviews, several people mentioned that this states its non stick and that the omelets still stuck. I guess they either didn’t read the instructions or their packaging didn’t come with them because it clearly states to add a non stick cooking spray. I had no issues with the meals I’ve made. I received this on Sunday, today is Saturday and I have used it everyday and have made omelets, empanadas, and I also made a chocolate with banana turnover. So this is definitely not just for omelets. I wasn’t sure if I was going to love it, but I will say, it has worked out well and clean up is a breeze.

This is a great tool to have if you like omelets but aren’t great with flipping/rolling them in a pan. The omelets cook evenly and lift out of the maker easily. The maker comes with a booklet with a few omelet recipes to help you get started if you don’t already have a favorite recipe.

We eat a lot of omelettes, since we try to avoid carbs. This omelet maker works like a dream. I just whisk 3 eggs and add whatever fillings we want. This fill it almost to the top. I find that six minutes is perfect. If I go as long as the directions say it gets quite browned. This yields two fluffy omelettes. Clean up is a breeze with a damp paper towel.

I am glad I came across this. I love a omelet. I cannot fry very well at all, I am more of a baker cook. This makes a great omelet, they are kind of fluffy soufflé like. I suspect because they are not laden down with frying oil etc… I am fine with that because I am looking to use less of that in my diet. Just letting you know what to expect. I am very happy with this product. Only thing I would change is on off button and auto shut off but then price would be higher. I am happy with this and would buy again.

What I like is that this device does EXACTLY what it is supposed to do. The end product has been predictable and perfectly fine. That being said, it does not produce omelets like you expect from a restaurant. Of course not… Would be a dream if it did! Instead of a beautiful chef-produced treat, you get a formed shape omelet that tastes great. Beats the heck out of a frozen omelet thrown in the micro.Prior to this purchase my wife would make me an omelet for a special occasion. I love an omelet and would be good all week hoping to get lucky on Saturday morning. Happened once in a blue moon. With this machine, I get an omelet any time I want…In any case, easy prep, brainless cooking ( we use a timer at 9 minutes ) and if you don’t overfill, easy cleanup. This and microwave bacon or sausage and it’s as easy as pouring a bowl of breakfast cereal.Paul

Now that I have this in my life I simply won’t be able to live without it. I love omelets. As somebody that has no culinary skills this is the answer to my prayers. It’s so simple and makes great omelets. I’m on the keto diet so I use this at least twice a day. Just know that your omelets are going to be a bit different than what you get on a pan, the outside is going to be brown and the omelet is more “cake-like” than what you may be used to. Doesn’t bother me, still tastes delicious! This is for quick and easy omelets that are tasty, if you want diner quality you should probably go to a diner or get your pan out.It only takes me about 5 minutes to cook my omelets. I see others say 8-10 minutes but all I know is that for my grill, it’s perfectly done in about 5 minutes. But I do have my own strategy that I provide at the end of the review with tips.I want to add that I read a lot of reviews for this product since I wanted to be informed. Reading the negative reviews, it does seem that there may be some kind of inconsistency with the heating element for some people. I saw people complain about burnt eggs or it taking too long or a runny middle. I have none of those problems with my unit. If you are experiencing these problems you may want to return it or read my tips, they might help you.This is definitely something I would recommend to anybody that wants quick and easy eggs. However, if I could give it 4.5 stars instead of 5 I would, only because there is some room for improvement. For one, this thing gets real HOT. Do not touch the outside of this unit ever when it’s on or you will get burned. Keep anything away from it while it is in operation. Also there is no power button or switch so you have to plug it in every time. I use an extension cord, just makes it easier for me to do this. Also there isn’t a timer or anything, you just have to pay attention and figure out the timing on your own. Last, there does seem to be inconsistency for some people on how long it takes to cook the eggs, that makes it a bit harder to recommend to others not knowing what they might get.Now that said, let me get straight into the tips on how to make a good omelet with this maker!First- Use a jar to shake up the eggs and spices. Don’t add your ingredients in the jar, just the eggs, it just makes the shaking take longer. It’s a personal preference but why make more work than you have to by dirtying dishes? After you are done simply stick the jar in the fridge, or if you are done with the maker for a while, rinse it out and put it away.Second- Use 3 Eggs total for both sides AND use two tablespoons of water. Yes you read that right, WATER. Add the water to your jar when you are going to shake the eggs up. This is going to puff up your omelet real nice. Mix it all together in the jar.Third- With your grill already pre-heated, fill both sides of the grill with your mixed egg, BUT only about half way. Then add your ingredients directly into the eggs on the grill. Have your ingredients ready so you’re not wasting time while the eggs are cooking. You don’t want to overfill and this prevents that because you can stop adding ingredients if you are approaching the top of the fill line. If you have more room after adding ingredients, top off with the rest of the egg mix in your jar. Again, you can bring it right to the edge, just don’t go over it. Close the lid.Fourth- Wait for the grill lid to start rising. If you did it right you should see the lid rise slightly. For me this takes about 3 minutes. Once the lid has risen on its own a fair bit, pull up the lid all the way and poke a hole directly in the middle of both omelets. They should both look pretty big at this point. Just a slight hole with something like a knife. This helps cook the middle a bit better and doesn’t deflate the omelet. Place the lid back down.Fifth- At this point I usually just have to wait about 2-3 more minutes. I then remove the eggs with a rubber spatula and I get a perfect omelet every time!

Makes a great fluffy omelet
Made mushroom w bacon bits, spinach and gruyere, and ham w/swiss omelets for breakfast this am. Per instructions, used a little nonstick spray. Took a while longer than I expected to warm up, which is why I rated temp control a 4. Did not precook any fillings, just mixed into the eggs, poured into the pan, and closed it. Used one half of the pan for each 2 egg omelet – each half managed the entire mix including fillings. Closed and cooked until the green light came on. When opened, still runny on top so I closed the lid and flipped the entire pan over and cooked for an additional 2 minutes. When opened a second time, the omelets were perfectly done. Great fold, fluffy! Very easy to use. Glad I bought it!

Breakfast was often a meal my family skipped. Now my family is eating breakfast every morning! This omelette maker makes omelets in a timely manner. We use two eggs in each cavity. (I learned real quick to not use more than two eggs.) We enjoy adding onions, peppers, mushrooms, ham chunks, and real bacon bits in ours and they come out very tasty every time! If you’re not sure whether or not you should buy this, do yourself a favor and fork up that $25 for amazing fluffy omelettes every morning to start your day right!

Works great, but there is a trick to making the perfect omelette.
The perfect omelet. 10min cook time ; make sure you mix the cheese in don’t lay it on top. Most important, using oven mitts, about 2/3 the way through cooking turn the grill upside down and set it on the counter for an additional two or three minutes. The grill cooks faster on the bottom. You’ll hear the cooking process take off once again when you do this. And Viola !

Yes, this CAN make pancakes!
Perfect for my Keto pancakes! Alot more fuller than cooking in a pan. Very fluffy, not burnt at all on either side, and cooked all the way through. It did take about 7-10 min though, but Worth the wait. I did run some olive oil with a napkin on both sides of the heating plates, not sure if that was needed or not, but did it anyway.
